Happy Halloween!

Inman Park loves to decorate for Halloween. People get pretty creative with their displays, and they especially love skeletons. Here are some views from around the neighborhood. For me, it’s particularly fun to see decorations on the historic houses. Enjoy!

The front porch of a little shotgun house
Another shotgun house with a ghost wreath on the front door
Relaxing on the front porch
Just a-swingin’
One of the original Victorian houses
The top porch of that house has a Stormtrooper keeping watch
Our neighbor across the street has exactly one decoration, and it’s perfect
Happy skeletons on a hedge
Black cats
Black crows and a cat
Vampire flamingoes
My favorite house in the nieghborhood has merry skeletons
Here’s a skeleton riding a bicycle
This house has mirrored skeletons
This house always has a vending machine that dispenses full-size candy bars for Halloween – there’s always a line of trick-or-treaters around the block, and the house has been featured on the local news
This house is crawling with skeletons
And it had more skeletons down the side of the house
And the house also had a vampire bat hanging in a tree
Another creature in a tree
A collection of witches hats
Porch pals
More porch pals
A dog and a cat
Some ducks
A friendly baby Yoda
A creepy zombie
Curious skeletons
Lanterns across a sidewalk
I spotted this car downtown
I get the feeling that this sign in front of a neighbor’s house is here year-round
Oof, missed that parking spot
